About Us

Our Journey . . . it all began with the addition of Medicare to our portfolio of products and offering to the members of a 19-branch credit union. 

Discovery . . . it quickly became evident that Medicare-eligible individuals needed assistance navigating the complexities of bureaucracy and plan options. It also very quickly became clear they needed someone to call when they had questions or concerns after enrollment as the 1-800 numbers were not helpful.

Our Passion Ignited . . . this ignited our passion to assist as many people as possible in finding the optimal path, timing, and plan for their Medicare needs. We are dedicated to offering multiple carrier and plan options and finding the best plan tailored to each one's unique situation. That passion fueled with empathy and caring provides the support our clients need and appreicate throughout their healthcare journey.

Current Impact . . .to date, we have supported hundreds of clients through their initial plans, challenges with claims, transitions between carriers, provider changes, health issues, and so much more. Our clients value that we prioritize being their first point of contact rather than just another 800 number on the back of their insurance card.

A Little Bio For You

Paul Holgate

Paul is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 50 years of experience. He spearheaded a highly successful Medicare program at a 19-branch CNY credit union, assisting hundreds in navigating their Medicare needs. Previously, Paul was a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual and MassMutual. He also served as Executive Director at NYS Peer Review Organizations and as a healthcare consultant at KPMG and IBM. He holds a B.S. from Ithaca College and an M.S. from Binghamton University and is a licensed and certified Medicare agent. Paul is dedicated to helping Medicare-eligible individuals understand and navigate the complexities of Medicare. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, pursuing household projects, and restoring his 1970 GTO convertible.

Tina Holgate

Tina brings over 30 years of operations management experience across healthcare organizations, non-profits, and medical offices. Previously managing operations alongside Paul at a 19-branch CNY credit union, Tina excels in navigating the complexities of Medicare and addressing individual needs with sensitivity, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Her career includes roles at Northwestern Mutual, MassMutual, and a local chiropractic office. Tina holds an AS degree from MVCC and pursued healthcare studies at Syracuse University while managing the Office of Alumni Relations. She is a licensed and certified Medicare agent, dedicated to helping clients understand and manage their Medicare options. Outside of work, Tina finds joy in her faith, family, her rescue kitty Myrrhy, and sunshine.
